Kip was my very first therapy dog. She showed me how inspiring it is to share the love that you have with your pet with people that don't have that in their life. Well, after I lost her, a new blessing was brought into my life........and that is Athena. She makes me smile as much as Kip did. If it wasn't for Athena I wouldn't have gotten back into Pet Therapy. She has picked up where Kip left off. That's putting the smiles on the faces of so many people in need of a companion. As Athena has gotten older she is beginning to understand the meaning of PET THERAPY!
